Consultation Fee | $250 

In home consultation with clients to review modifications needs. Consultations include a list of any problem areas in the home along with the next steps in addressing the areas of concern based on the needs and budget of the client. 

Whether we do any work for client or not - We will consult based on our expertise and you are free to do with the results as you wish. This package is solely a consultation on that items that need to be addressed. 

Sapphire | Time and Materials (T&M)

Providing small upgrades as needed based on the consultation results and areas of most importance and solely priced on time and materials. We'll guide clients through this process to insure we are taking care of the high priority items. 

Emerald | $1000

For more in depth work / design time needed. Package includes drawings for renovations or repairs to the space, consultation notes. Design time includes 4 hours of time and the client will be given the drawings, notes as needed to pass along to your contacts.  Living Better at Home can help connect clients with additional contractors and any additional needs to help facilitate the needed renovations

Project Management | $1200

This package is solely for Project Management - up to 8 hours. If you require a project manager to oversee the installation process with an installer or work with a General Contractor - this package addition is for you!
